上海迪士尼旁開“訴調(diào)中心”

“上海國際旅游度假區(qū)訴調(diào)對接分中心”18日揭牌成立。上海浦東新區(qū)法院副院長傅玉明表示，游客們今后在上海迪士尼樂園游玩過程中若產(chǎn)生了糾紛，就能夠得到更公平、快速和合理的解決了。

To effectively prepare for possible crimes and lawsuits connected with the highly anticipated Shanghai Disney Resort, the city's Pudong New Area People's Court established a mediation and litigation center near the park on Wednesday.

為有效解決上海迪士尼樂園開園以后可能發(fā)生的犯罪行為和糾紛，上海浦東新區(qū)人民法院18日在該樂園附近設(shè)立了訴訟調(diào)解中心。

Mediation(調(diào)解)是非訴訟糾紛解決方式(alternative dispute resolution )的一種，一般由第三方出面協(xié)調(diào)糾紛雙方(disputants)達(dá)成某種和解協(xié)議(negotiate a settlement)。通過調(diào)解能夠解決的糾紛，自然就不用走法律程序了。

Litigation(訴訟)則是為了主張某個權(quán)利而將事情鬧上法庭的行為。起訴到法院，開始走法律程序，那么就是進(jìn)入了訴訟程序，也就是我們常說的“打官司”。
