百度擬轉(zhuǎn)變“商業(yè)模式”

在國家網(wǎng)信辦會(huì)同國家工商總局、國家衛(wèi)生計(jì)生委聯(lián)合成立的調(diào)查組公布調(diào)查結(jié)果后，百度公司高層先后兩天接連做出回應(yīng)并表態(tài)：“將重新審視公司產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)模式，強(qiáng)調(diào)今后不惜犧牲收入。”

The head of Baidu Inc has pledged to shift the company's business from a search-oriented model to one based on artificial intelligence, after a recent government probe on its core search business.

政府部門對(duì)百度的核心搜索業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)查結(jié)束后，百度公司高層表示要將現(xiàn)在的以搜索為主的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)向以人工智能為主的模式。

Baidu CEO Li Yanhong said in an internal letter on Tuesday that the shift will allow the company to develop such areas as voice search, automatic translation and driverless vehicles.

百度首席執(zhí)行官李彥宏在一封內(nèi)部信中表示，此次轉(zhuǎn)型后，公司將發(fā)展語音搜索、自動(dòng)翻譯以及無人駕駛汽車等領(lǐng)域的業(yè)務(wù)。

商業(yè)模式(business model)簡(jiǎn)單說來，就是一個(gè)公司靠什么來掙錢。百度作為國內(nèi)的搜索引擎巨頭(search engine giant)，其商業(yè)模式自然就是以搜索為主(search-oriented model)，其中，競(jìng)價(jià)排名(paid listing)為其帶來了不少收入。

此次調(diào)查后，李彥宏表示：“重新審視公司產(chǎn)品的商業(yè)模式，是否因過度變現(xiàn)而影響用戶體驗(yàn)(damage user experience)，對(duì)于不尊重用戶體驗(yàn)的行為要徹底整改。我們要建立起用戶體驗(yàn)審核的一票否決制度(veto system)，由專門的部門負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)督，違背用戶體驗(yàn)原則的做法，一票否決(the department will have the final say to veto any behavior that is not in line with a good user experience)，任何人都不許干涉。”

此外，對(duì)于商業(yè)推廣結(jié)果，改變過去以價(jià)格為主的排序機(jī)制，改為以信譽(yù)度為主、價(jià)格為輔的排序機(jī)制(a new listing system that does not fully depend on the advertising price, but also considers advertisers' "reputation")。

其他整改措施還包括：對(duì)商業(yè)推廣信息逐條加注醒目標(biāo)識(shí)(place clear disclaimers on advertisements)，并予以風(fēng)險(xiǎn)提示;嚴(yán)格限制商業(yè)推廣信息比例，每頁面不得超過30%(restrict the proportion of sponsored search results to 30 percent per web page);設(shè)10億元保障基金，先行賠付網(wǎng)民因推廣信息遭受的損失(establish a 1 billion yuan fund to compensate netizens cheated by false promotions)。
