投資“打水漂”？各種拉風(fēng)的“奇葩公司名稱”

投資界真是一個神奇的地方。近期，朋友圈里有人曬出一家在上海自貿(mào)區(qū)注冊的企業(yè)，名字叫“上海打水漂投資有限公司”。對于這樣奇葩的公司名稱，你怎么看?

A string of bizarre company names in China have got netizens talking.

一些奇葩的公司名稱近日引發(fā)網(wǎng)民熱議。

【投資“打水漂”?】

A Shanghai-based investment company called itself "Dashuipiao" (investment will be a waste of money).

上海一家投資公司給自己取名為“上海打水漂投資有限公司”。

The company specializes in industrial investment, investment management and catering business management.

公司的經(jīng)營范圍包括實業(yè)投資、投資管理、資產(chǎn)管理和餐飲企業(yè)管理等。

【“悶聲”發(fā)大財?】

【I will make my fortune without letting you know.】

Another company in Shenzhen registered itself as "Mensheng," or "I will make my fortune without letting you know."

深圳注冊有一家“前海悶聲資本管理有限公司”。

【“小龍蝦”PK“老板娘”】

Others include "Little Lobster" and "Landlady," and, according to web portal Sina.com, a private equity company in Hangzhou calls itself "Guoliyoumi" (I have rice in my bowl.)

“奇葩”公司名稱還有“小龍蝦(上海)融資租賃有限公司”、“老板娘(上海)商務(wù)咨詢有限公司”等。據(jù)新浪門戶網(wǎng)站消息，杭州還有家私募基金公司叫“鍋里有米”。

【網(wǎng)友意見各異】

The bizarre names have divided the online community into two camps: Those that think the names are just outright stupid, and those that are fans of the tongue in cheek naming.

網(wǎng)友們對奇葩公司名稱的看法也分成了兩大陣營：一些人認(rèn)為這些名稱簡直太傻了，另一些人很喜歡這種搞笑名稱。

"When the name Alibaba came out, I thought it was strange too," wrote a user on microblog Sina Weibo. "Now it is an e-commerce giant."

有位新浪微博網(wǎng)友說：“阿里巴巴剛出來的時候，我也覺得名字有點怪，現(xiàn)在它成了電商巨頭。”

Some argue that it's not easy to be original.

有些人認(rèn)為公司名稱想起得獨出心裁很難。

"I once tried more than 300 unusual names and the registration system told me they were all taken," said a Weibo user.

一位微博網(wǎng)友寫道：“我有次嘗試了300多個與眾不同的公司名稱，結(jié)果注冊系統(tǒng)都顯示已經(jīng)注冊過了。”

"In the end, I tried 'You win, system!' But even that was taken!"

“最后我試了下：系統(tǒng)你贏了!結(jié)果這也被注冊了!”

【注冊規(guī)定】

According to the regulation on company-name registration, names must not damage the interests of the nation or the public, nor should the titles deceive the public or causes misunderstanding. Any reference to the Party, the Army or social groups are prohibited.

根據(jù)2012年修訂的《企業(yè)名稱登記管理規(guī)定》，公司名稱中不得含有“有損國家和社會公共利益，可能對公眾造成欺騙或誤解的內(nèi)容或文字，以及政黨名稱、黨政軍機(jī)關(guān)名稱、群眾組織名稱、社會團(tuán)體名稱和部隊番號等”。

An official from the Shanghai company-name registration department told Xinhua that as long as company names do not break the law or harm society, they should be allowed. 上海一位負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)登記注冊的官員告訴新華社記者，只要是企業(yè)名稱不違反國家法律規(guī)定，或是社會風(fēng)俗，都是允許注冊的。
