上海迪士尼揭秘“上海菜單”

The food offered in the resort will include special Shanghai cuisine incorporating elements of Disney, said Paul Chandler, director of the Food and Beverage Department of the resort.

上海迪士尼度假區(qū)餐飲部總監(jiān)陳德禮表示，度假村菜單將包括特別的“上海菜單”，同時(shí)融入了迪士尼元素。

The menu includes a Mickey Chocolate Tart, Mickey Pork Cake, Donald Duck Waffle and Braised Pork Knuckle in Dark Soy sauce and so on, he said.

菜單中有米奇巧克力撻、米奇鮮肉糕點(diǎn)、唐老鴨華夫餅、米奇醬汁紅燜大圓蹄等等。

In addition to Shanghai flavours, the menu will also offer other major regional cuisines across the country, such as Sichuan, Shandong, Cantonese and Hunan.

除了上海風(fēng)味的美食，菜單還提供了其他幾大菜系供選擇，比如川菜、魯菜、粵菜和湘菜等。

上海迪士尼度假區(qū)開幕后，位于核心區(qū)域的迪士尼主題樂園包含六大園區(qū)(six different "lands")——

“探險(xiǎn)島”(Adventure Isle)

“奇想花園”(Gardens of Imagination)

“米奇大街”(Mickey Avenue)

“明日世界”(Tomorrowland)

“寶藏灣”(Treasure Cove)

及擁有奇幻童話城堡的“夢(mèng)幻世界”(Fantansyland)

這六大園區(qū)均提供豐富多彩的餐飲服務(wù)。
