天津港爆炸“保險(xiǎn)滲透率”較高

The insured losses from a series of explosions at a chemical warehouse in Tianjin on Aug 12 are likely to range from $1 billion to $1.5 billion, Fitch Ratings said in a report on Tuesday.

國(guó)際評(píng)級(jí)機(jī)構(gòu)惠譽(yù)18日發(fā)布的報(bào)告顯示，天津化學(xué)品倉(cāng)庫(kù)8月12日爆炸導(dǎo)致的承保損失金額可能在10億到15億之間。

The high insurance penetration rate in this area could make the blasts one of the most costly catastrophe claims for the Chinese insurance sector in the past few years, the report said.

報(bào)告指出，較高的保險(xiǎn)滲透率可能使天津港爆炸事故成為中國(guó)近幾年索賠金額最高的災(zāi)難之一。

保險(xiǎn)滲透率(insurance penetration rate)指某個(gè)特定年份內(nèi)，保險(xiǎn)公司承擔(dān)的保費(fèi)(premium underwritten)在當(dāng)年國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)中所占的比例，這其中支付的保費(fèi)可能包括人壽保險(xiǎn)(life insurance)、機(jī)動(dòng)車保險(xiǎn)(auto insurance)以及健康保險(xiǎn)(health insurance)等。

天津港爆炸事故中，有超過(guò)8000輛汽車被損毀，因此，機(jī)動(dòng)車保險(xiǎn)(auto/motor insurance)理賠將是主要的一部分。天津港爆炸事故中傷亡的人員除了可以根據(jù)自己投保的保單獲得賠償以外，還會(huì)獲得政府統(tǒng)一安排的意外險(xiǎn)賠償(government-supported accident insurance plan)，事故中的傷者根據(jù)傷情可獲得2萬(wàn)到3.5萬(wàn)元不等的賠償，而死者家屬則可以獲得5萬(wàn)元的賠償。
