啟動(dòng)“兩洋鐵路”合作研究

Premier Li Keqiang has embarked on a visit to Brazil, Colombia, Peru and Chile from May 18 to 26 and will push forward China's diplomatic efforts to strengthen ties with the region.The feasibility study of the Twin Ocean Railroad Connection project that links the Pacific coast in Peru to Brazil's Atlantic coast, is also on Li's agenda.

國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)開啟5月18日至26日對巴西、哥倫比亞、秘魯和智利的訪問，將推動(dòng)中國外交，加強(qiáng)中國與該區(qū)域的聯(lián)系。此次總理出訪議程還包括啟動(dòng)連接巴西大西洋海岸與秘魯太平洋海岸的“兩洋鐵路”可行性研究。

“兩洋鐵路”項(xiàng)目可以用Twin Ocean Railroad Connection project 表示，指的是橫跨南美洲大陸，連接太平洋岸及大西洋岸的鐵路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，因此也可以用railroad project connecting the Pacific and Atlantic 表示。

李克強(qiáng)總理此次拉美行，將啟動(dòng)“兩洋鐵路”的可行性研究(feasibility study)。“兩洋鐵路”是習(xí)近平主席2014年出訪拉美提出的框架協(xié)議，中國對此雙贏項(xiàng)目( win-win project)持積極態(tài)度，該項(xiàng)目不僅將促進(jìn)拉美的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展(boost economic development)，還將深化多邊合作(deepen multilateral cooperation)。
