淘寶因打假不力或被美國(guó)列入“惡名市場(chǎng)”

The American Apparel and Footwear Association has asked the Office of the US Trade Representative and the Securities and Exchange Commission to add Taobao to the Notorious Market list, an official report that identifies Internet marketplaces dealing in infringing goods.

美國(guó)服裝和鞋類(lèi)協(xié)會(huì)近日請(qǐng)求美國(guó)貿(mào)易代表辦公室和美國(guó)證券交易委員會(huì)將淘寶加入惡名市場(chǎng)名單，這份官方報(bào)告收錄的是經(jīng)營(yíng)侵權(quán)商品的網(wǎng)絡(luò)市場(chǎng)名單。

Notorious Market list就是“惡名市場(chǎng)”名單，notorious的意思是“聲名狼藉的，臭名昭著的”。美國(guó)服裝和鞋類(lèi)協(xié)會(huì)指出，significant presence of counterfeit products on Taobao(淘寶假貨泛濫)已經(jīng)使其蒙受了數(shù)百萬(wàn)美元的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，其中包括lost sales(銷(xiāo)售損失)、reputational damage(聲譽(yù)損害)、legal costs(法務(wù)成本)和exhaustion of internal resources(內(nèi)部資源的消耗)。

對(duì)此阿里巴巴回應(yīng)稱(chēng)，公司致力于打擊假貨，包括對(duì)淘寶疑似假貨進(jìn)行random checks(隨機(jī)抽查)，采用data-mining technology(數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù))分析和追蹤侵權(quán)商品的交易，以及提供online complaint forum(投訴論壇)等。
