中國回應(yīng)奧巴馬批“反恐法”

Beijing hit back on Tuesday at criticism from United States President Barack Obama over acounter terrorism law being considered by Chinese lawmakers.

美國總統(tǒng)奧巴馬評批中國立法者考慮制定反恐怖法，北京周二對此作出反駁。

“反恐法”counter terrorism law或anti-terrorism law，中國外交部發(fā)言人表示，實施反恐法對打擊恐怖主義和信息泄露(combat terrorism and information leaks)是非常必要的。

發(fā)言人稱，中方一向堅決反對利用信息技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(information technology advantages)或利用提供信息技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的便利條件實施網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控(cyber surveillance)。中國很有可能要求國內(nèi)外信息技術(shù)供應(yīng)商(domestic and overseas information technology vendors )上交重要信息如，加密密匙(encryption keys), 軟件源代碼(software source codes)等。

奧巴馬政府擔(dān)心中國收緊對信息安全的控制(China's tightening grip on information safety)會損害美國占據(jù)中國高端IT市場(high-end IT market)的技術(shù)供應(yīng)商的利益。
