“四個全面”重大戰(zhàn)略布局

A moderately prosperous society, reform, rule of law, Party discipline -- these "Four Comprehensives" are Xi Jinping's blueprint for China's future.

小康社會、改革、依法治國、黨紀，這“四個全面”是習近平為中國未來描繪的藍圖。

“四個全面”即Four Comprehensives，指的是：全面建成小康社會(comprehensively build a moderately prosperous society)、全面深化改革(comprehensively deepen reform)、全面依法治國(comprehensively implement the rule of law)、全面從嚴治黨(comprehensively strengthen Party discipline)。習近平在2014年12月份首次提出了這個概念。

“四個全面”的本質(zhì)就是“戰(zhàn)略布局”(strategic blueprint)。2012年11月，習近平提出了“中國夢”(the Chinese Dream)或者說是“中華民族的偉大復興”(the great renewal of the Chinese nation)。“小康社會”(a moderately prosperous society)，不僅僅是2012年11月黨十八大提出的主要目標，也是中華民族偉大復興中國夢的關鍵一招(a crucial step towards the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation)。

2013年11月，黨的十八屆三中全會部署“深化改革”(deepening reform)，部署了繁榮與社會進步的路線(the route to prosperity and social progress)。 2014年10月，中國共產(chǎn)黨第十八屆中央委員會第四次全體會議提出全面推進依法治國(the rule of law)，保證政府制度的現(xiàn)代化(guarantee modernization of the system of government)，并倡導社會公正(championing social justice)。2014年10月8日，習總書記提出從嚴治黨(strengthening Party discipline)，保持和發(fā)展黨的先進性和純潔性。
