O2O即online-to-offline,指的是將線下的商務(wù)機會(offline business opportunities)與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)合,讓互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為線下交易的前臺。這個概念最早來源于美國。O2O的概念非常廣泛,只要產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中既可涉及到線上,又可涉及到線下,就可通稱為O2O。
