Teleconferences allow people from different locations to have a meeting over the telephone. Whileconvenient, teleconferences do have some issues to keep in mind, such as keeping track of who's talking. Sometimes two people talk at the same time or talk too quickly. Because participants can't see each other, it's helpful to use "signposts" or short statements that prepare others for what's about to be said. Other issues such as laying out an agenda and managing the time also come into play. 電話會(huì)議可以通過(guò)電話實(shí)現(xiàn)在不同西方的人也能在一起開(kāi)會(huì)。盡管很方便，電話會(huì)議確實(shí)有些需要注意的問(wèn)題，比如對(duì)說(shuō)話人的話語(yǔ)進(jìn)行記錄.有時(shí)會(huì)有兩個(gè)人同時(shí)說(shuō)話或者說(shuō)得太快，由于與會(huì)者都相互看不見(jiàn)對(duì)方，就會(huì)使得記錄更加困難。使用事先準(zhǔn)備的發(fā)言稿就會(huì)有幫助多了。其他的比如安排一個(gè)議程和時(shí)間也會(huì)需要考慮。

In the last episode, we heard a conversation between Craig and Elsa, two employees at StarCom, an electronics manufacturer.
