蘇寧宣布收購國際米蘭約70%股份

　　Chinese appliance retailer Suning Commerce Grouphas agreed to pay 270m euros for a 70 per centstake in Italian football club Inter Milan.

　　日前，來自中國的家電零售商蘇寧電器商貿(mào)集團(tuán)已同意支付2.7億歐元收購意大利足球俱樂部國際米蘭70%的股份。

　　"Our goal is to make Internazionale Milano moreinternazionale," said Suning chairman Zhang Jindong,in a joint press conference with the club'spresident Eric Thohir announcing the deal in theChinese city of Nanjing.

　　"我們的目標(biāo)是讓國際米蘭更加國際化，"在與俱樂部的總裁埃里克·托希爾在南京宣布該交易的記者招待會(huì)上，蘇寧電器董事長張近東這樣說道。

　　Mr Zhang said that part of the appeal of Inter Milan, as the club is more commonly known, wasthat it was the first European club to visit China 38 years ago.

　　The retailer is already active in domestic Chinese football. Within a two-week period earlier thisyear, Jiangsu Suning Football Club acquired Chelsea's Brazilian midfielder Ramires for 28m euros(32m dollars) and Brazil's Alex Teixeira from Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk for 50m euros. Bothwere records for the Chinese Super League at the time.

　　The club will benefit from Chinese "elements", Mr Zhang said, without explaining what thatmeant.

　　"From this day forward, as we add our Chinese elements to the team, and the team takes rootin the largest football fan market, Internazionale Milano will be presented with greateropportunities than ever before," he said.

　　Jiangsu-based Suning ranked first among Chinese retail companies by sales in 2015 withRmb159bn (24bn dollars) in turnover and 1,577 retail outlets, according to the China ChainStore and Franchise Association. But the privately owned company has looked to diversify itsbusiness in recent years amid the rise of online shopping.

　　根據(jù)中國連鎖經(jīng)營協(xié)會(huì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，江蘇蘇寧集團(tuán)在2015年中國零售企業(yè)銷售排行中位居首位，銷售營業(yè)額為1590億人民幣，擁有1577個(gè)零售網(wǎng)點(diǎn)。但該私營公司在近年網(wǎng)上購物的新浪潮中探索其業(yè)務(wù)的多樣化。

　　In 2013, Suning acquired a stake in Chinese online video site PPTV. The same year it changedits named from "Suning Appliance Group" to reflect a its new focus on online retail: its newChinese name translates as "Suning Cloud Commerce". Last August, Alibaba Group bought a 20per cent stake in Suning for $4.6bn, the ecommerce group's biggest acquisition.

　　2013年，蘇寧收購了中國視頻網(wǎng)站PPTV。同年，為配合其在線連鎖的業(yè)務(wù)重心，公司更名為"蘇寧云商集團(tuán)股份有限公司"。去年八月，阿里巴巴集團(tuán)以46億美元收購了蘇寧電器20%的股權(quán)，這成為該電子商務(wù)集團(tuán)最大的一次收購。
