On Saturday, the 49-year-old fashion designer shared some of the couple's healthy eating secrets — including their go-to green juice recipe — on her Instagram story.

"So David is preparing the green juice," Victoria narrated the video, featuring her husband's hands chopping fruits and veggies. "So, every morning after we've had our apple cider vinegar we have green juice."
