李亞鵬及哥哥李亞煒被限制高消費，已被強制執(zhí)行4000萬

相關(guān)文書顯示，北京泰和友聯(lián)投資有限公司曾出資6000萬元對李亞鵬兄弟二人公司（麗江雪山投資有限責(zé)任公司）進行注資，并約定獲得雪山公司10%的股份，項目3年開發(fā)周期屆滿后由泰和友聯(lián)公司先行收回約定的固定權(quán)益收益4000萬元。因李亞鵬一方一直未支付相關(guān)款項，泰和友聯(lián)公司在催款無果后，將李亞鵬、李亞煒和擔(dān)保公司訴至北京市朝陽區(qū)人民法院。法院一審判決李亞鵬、李亞煒向泰和友聯(lián)公司支付4000萬元及利息。
