Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez are officially divorcing.

EW has learned that the singer has filed for divorce from her husband of two years in Los Angeles on Monday. Gomez has additionally filed his own petition for divorce simultaneously.

The couple's separation was announced on July 19, with a source saying that the exes "have been quietly and lovingly working on their friendship." The following day, it was reported that Grande has been dating her Wicked costar Ethan Slater.

Soon after their relationship made headlines, PEOPLE reported that Slater had filed for divorce from his wife Lilly Jay, whom he married in 2018. Jay and Slater share a son, born in Aug. 2022.

Grande's rep told PEOPLE that the wedding "was tiny and intimate — less than 20 people. The room was so happy and full of love. The couple and both families couldn't be happier."
