Our top story, Arizona Republican John McCain took the senate floor earlier today to call for US-led airstrike on Syria, saying that overthrowing the regime of Basha Assad would also help stablize the Middle east. "The regime in Syria serves as a main forward operating base of the Iranian regime in the heart of Arab World. It has supported Palestinian terrorist groups, and found arms of all kinds including tens of thousands of rockets to Hezbollah in the Lebanon.

Meanwhile, the UN sent under-secretary general for humanitarian affairs for arriving Domascus on Wednesday. Also on the senate floor today, Senator Mich McConnell talked about the touring the tornado damage in the Kentucky community of West Liberty. McConnell says the town has been turned upside down by Friday's severe storm. "It was a scene of total devastation. The whole community has either been evacuated or in the process of being evacuated."

Speaking before their meeting, Mr. Neytayahu said Israel has a right to make its own decision when it comes to its security."My supreme responsibility as prime minister of Isareal is to ensure that Israel remains the master of its fate. "
