以前的公司一般有總機(jī)，由接線員將電話轉(zhuǎn)接到各部門或者個(gè)人?，F(xiàn)在很多公司擁有類似的前臺(tái)服務(wù)。那么，如果你是在為別人轉(zhuǎn)接電話的話應(yīng)當(dāng)怎么說呢。
I’ll put you through right now.
我現(xiàn)在就幫你轉(zhuǎn)接過去。
I’ll connect you with the department you want. Hold on for a minute.
我將電話轉(zhuǎn)到您需要的部門。請(qǐng)稍后。
I’ll switch you over to Mr. Clark.
我將您的電話轉(zhuǎn)給克拉克先生。
I’m sorry but the number is engaged. We’ll call you if connected.

4. I'll call back later. 我稍后會(huì)再打來。
5. Please ask Miss Chen to call me back. 請(qǐng)陳小姐給我回電話。
6. Could you tell her to call Carol as soon as possible? 能不能請(qǐng)她盡快打電話給卡洛?
7. Ask her to call Carol at home after seven, please. 麻煩她在七點(diǎn)后打電話到卡洛家。

打錯(cuò)電話
1. I'm sorry I have the wrong number. 抱歉我打錯(cuò)電話了。 (打錯(cuò)電話通常用：have the wrong number 表示)
2. Is this 02-2718-5398? 這里是02-2718-5398嗎?
3. Sorry to have bothered you. 很抱歉打擾你了。
4. I'm sorry. I think I must have dialed the wrong number. 很抱歉。我想我一定是打錯(cuò)電話了。
5. Could I check the number? Is it 2211-3344 我可以核對(duì)一下電話號(hào)碼嗎?是不是2211-3344?
解析：1. 區(qū)域號(hào)碼是 area code2. 電話號(hào)碼的念法： 02-2211-3224念成：area code zero-two, two-two-one-one-three-two-two-four.* 0 可念成 oh 或 zero* 22 可念成 two-two 或 double two
訂購商品及詢問

解析：
1. 現(xiàn)在電話或網(wǎng)絡(luò)訂購在國內(nèi)也很流行，即使是人在國內(nèi)你也可以訂購?fù)鈬夸浬系漠a(chǎn)品。但在打電話前一定要先記下商品的型號(hào)及尺寸，以節(jié)省通話時(shí)間。
2. commercial有(電視、廣播中的)商業(yè)廣告之意，也可說成commercial film, 簡(jiǎn)稱為c.f. 。而advertisement則指(平面的)廣告，簡(jiǎn)稱為ad; advertisement mail 是廣告郵件; advertisement column是廣告欄，這些都是很常用到的。 3. place 有開出訂單之意。ie: to place an order with sb. (和某人訂訂單)
聽不清楚

3. Sorry, I didn't get what you said. 對(duì)不起，我沒聽懂你說的話。
4. I can't hear you very well. 我聽不太清楚。

發(fā)生上面的情況，你可以請(qǐng)對(duì)方在重復(fù)一遍，你可以說：
1. Pardon?請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f一遍好嗎?
2. Excuse me? 請(qǐng)?jiān)僬f一遍?上列兩句都是對(duì)不起之意，但用在會(huì)話上，如果后面沒有接說明，并且語尾上揚(yáng)，就是要對(duì)方再說一次。聽到這句話時(shí)就要知道對(duì)方要自己再說一遍。
3. I beg you pardon? 能請(qǐng)你再說一遍嗎?(此句有請(qǐng)求對(duì)方原諒及再說一次的意思)
4. Could you repeat that, please? 能請(qǐng)你再說一遍嗎?
5. Would you say that again? 你能再說一遍嗎?
請(qǐng)對(duì)方說慢點(diǎn)的說法：
1. Would you speak more slowly? 你能再說慢一點(diǎn)嗎?
2. Could you speak up a little? 你能在大聲一點(diǎn)嗎?(speak up 大聲說=speak out)
3. Would you speak more clearly? 你能再說清楚一點(diǎn)嗎?
4. Would you explain more for me? 可以為我解釋一遍嗎?
5. Please speak a little louder. 請(qǐng)講大聲一點(diǎn)。
6. Would you slow down, please?清說慢一點(diǎn)好嗎?
