合同是商務(wù)交往中非常重要的一環(huán)。因此在簽訂合同的時(shí)候一定要對(duì)其內(nèi)容有細(xì)致的了解之后再簽字。同時(shí)，如果你是準(zhǔn)備合同的一方，一定要提醒對(duì)方應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的事項(xiàng)，這樣對(duì)雙方履約都有好處。
This is our contract. Please read it carefully before signing.
這是我們的合同。請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀后再簽字。
We have reached an agreement on all the terms. So there shouldn’t be any problem for the contract.
我們對(duì)各項(xiàng)條款意件都一致了。合同應(yīng)當(dāng)沒什么問題了。
May we once more remind you that the contract should be cancelled by one month notice.
請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我們?cè)俅翁嵝涯?，雙方應(yīng)在取消合同一個(gè)月前進(jìn)行通知。

商務(wù)公關(guān)：產(chǎn)品信息
公司與客戶對(duì)話時(shí)通過一問一答的方式，客戶對(duì)于產(chǎn)品的規(guī)格、使用壽命、售后服務(wù)、折扣等等有了較詳細(xì)的了解、為日后訂貨打好了基礎(chǔ)。
A: Ah, yes, this is the model I was interested in.
啊，是的，這就是我感興趣的那種樣式。
B: I should be very happy to give you any further information you need on it.
我很樂意提供您所需要的關(guān)于它的進(jìn)一步的信息。
A: Yes, what are the specifications?
好的，都有哪些規(guī)格呢?
B: If I may refer you to page eight of the brochure, you'll find all the specifications there.

A: Ah, yes. Now what about service life?

B: Our tests indicate that this model has a service life of at least 50, 000 hours.
