Faith口語課堂 第57課習(xí)慣做某事
美麗的清晨迎來了新的一天，新的一課，歡迎回來，這里是Faith口語課堂-天天學(xué)，我是Faith老師。帶著一份喜悅，一份激情開始今天的英語快樂之旅。
今天主攻兩個(gè)短語，第一個(gè)，Used to do something，表示過去常常做某事， 在"to"的后面，放上一個(gè)動(dòng)詞原形：
We used to be very close friends, but now we're like strangers. 我們?cè)?jīng)是很要好的朋友，但現(xiàn)在我們形同陌生人。
I used to write journals everyday. 我以前每天都寫日記。
She used to jog every morning when she was in New York. 當(dāng)她在紐約時(shí)，他每天早上都要慢跑。
Tony used to go to gym on weekends. 托尼過去常在周末去健身。
Both of us used to be secretaries, and then I got a promotion and became a manager. 我們倆過去都是秘書，后來我升了職，做了經(jīng)理。
下面介紹另一個(gè)詞組：Get used to doing something, be used to doing something，或者：get used to something, be used to something, 意思是："習(xí)慣了做某事"，或"習(xí)慣了某事"，在"to"的后面放上一個(gè)名詞或動(dòng)名詞：
I've been here for 5 years, so I get used to the weather here. 我在這已經(jīng)5年了，所以已經(jīng)習(xí)慣了這的氣候。
Are you used to western food? 你能吃西餐嗎?
They get used to speaking English to each other. 他們習(xí)慣了在一起時(shí)說英語。
My students are used to raising questions in my class. 我的學(xué)生習(xí)慣了在我的課堂上提問。
Don't get used to smoking in the public place, it's very impolite. 不要養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣在公共場(chǎng)所吸煙，這樣不禮貌。
