首先，介紹一個(gè)漂亮的詞：the other day 表示幾天前，可能是兩天前，三天前，四，五天前離現(xiàn)在比較近的日子。
I bump into my ex-boyfriend the other day in the street.我前幾天在街上撞見了我的前男友。
I accidentally broke the vase the other day.我前幾天不小心把那個(gè)花瓶打碎了。
I moved into a bigger apartment the other day.我前幾天搬進(jìn)了一個(gè)大一些的公寓。
I fell off my bicycle the other day.我前幾天從自行車上摔下來了。
My friend was rubbed the other day on her way home.我朋友前幾天在回家的路上被搶劫了。
想表示對某事，某物，或某人著迷，英語中有這樣一個(gè)詞組：be hooked on, "hook"是用鉤鉤住的意思，be hooked on 就表示"對……入迷，著迷"， "對……上癮"。
I'm hooked on that new dress; it must look gorgeous on me! 我對那條裙子著迷，我穿上它一定很漂亮!
Recently, I'm hooked on tennis.近來，我對網(wǎng)球上癮。
We begin to be hooked on English movies.我們開始對英文電影著迷。
Are you hooked on chatting on the internet lately?你最近是不是著迷于上網(wǎng)聊天。
Don't be hooked on that girl, she's seeing somebody. 不要對那個(gè)女生著迷，她有男朋友。
