背景說明

Amy和Steve計劃到中國，目的是檢察中國的支行下半年的產(chǎn)品及營銷計劃。于是Amy發(fā)了一封正式的E-mail，詢問中國消費金融的負責人John是否同意，John若同意，再由Amy的老板Neal發(fā)一封正式的信給中國的首席執(zhí)行官，做最后確認。

John,

Following our coordination with Carol, this is to seek your formal endorsement for our trip to China from Apr. 26 to 27. Steve Chou will represent the Marketing team, while I will represent the Product team. Upon your confirmation, we'll arrange approval from your CEO via Neal.
