帶薪休假？私企老板不愿意

A recent survey found that nearly 50 percent of employees do not take their paid annual leave, the paper.cn reported on Wednesday.

據(jù)澎湃新聞周三報(bào)道，最近的一項(xiàng)調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)，近50%的員工沒有休過帶薪年假。

The survey, conducted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in about 60 cities in the country, revealed that employees in private companies are less likely to take paid annual leave, compared with those working in government organizations, institutions and State-owned enterprises, along with foreign companies.

這項(xiàng)調(diào)查由人力資源和社會(huì)保障部在全國60多個(gè)城市開展，調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示，與在政府機(jī)構(gòu)、事業(yè)單位、國有企業(yè)以及外企工作的員工相比，私企員工休帶薪年假的可能性最小。

According to a regulation on paid annual leave which took effect in 2008, full-time employees who work consecutively more than one year should receive paid days off. The number of paid vacation varies with the tenure: employees who have worked more than a year but less than 10 years get 5 days annual leave; those who have worked between 10 and 20 years receive 10 days; and workers with more than 20 years are entitled to 15 days.

根據(jù)2008年1月1日開始施行的《職工帶薪年休假條例》，連續(xù)工作一年以上的全職員工，享受帶薪年休假。帶薪年休假的假期：職工累計(jì)工作已滿1年不滿10年的，年休假5天;職工累計(jì)工作已滿10年不滿20年的，年休假10天;職工累計(jì)工作已滿20年的，年休假15天。

Even though most employees know they are entitled to paid annual leave, a quite number of workers choose not to take the days off either because there’s no paid vacation system in the company or due to work pressure.

盡管大多數(shù)員工都知道他們有權(quán)享受帶薪年假，但仍有相當(dāng)一部分員工選擇不休假，要么是因?yàn)楣緵]有帶薪休假制度，要么是因?yàn)楣ぷ鲏毫μ蟆?/p>
