Sleep is going to be the best way of your body renewal. Adequate sleep is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. It can benefit your mind, weight and improve your overall well-being. If you aren't sleeping enough, you should be ready to face indisposition and other problems. Your body needs a good rest at night to generate the power to start anew day with a smile on your face.

睡覺是身體恢復(fù)的最佳途徑。充足的睡眠是健康生活方式的重要組成部分。睡覺會使你的大腦和體重受益,改善整體健康水平。若睡眠不足,你就會身體不適,或出現(xiàn)其它問題。你的身體需要在夜間好好休息、備好能量,以大大的笑臉迎接新的一天。

2. 聽從你的身體

It's better to listen to your body and let your intuition prompt you to find time for rest or exercises. Your body always gives you signals to fulfill its needs. Your body often lacks various nourishing elements and minerals. It analyzes the information about the work of different systems and sends an impulse to your brain.

最好聽身體的話,聽從直覺休息或鍛煉。身體會向你發(fā)出信號,以滿足它的需要。你的身體往往缺乏各種營養(yǎng)素和礦物質(zhì)。它會分析不同系統(tǒng)的工作信息,向大腦發(fā)送脈沖信號。

If you feel that your body needs some kinds of foods, you should try to eat them with enjoyment. Human body is a unique and smart mechanism that gives you signs. Your task is to notice them and to do all possible things to stay happy and healthy.

如果你覺得需要吃東西,那就帶著享受的心情去吃。人體是獨(dú)一無二的智能機(jī)制,能向你發(fā)送信號。你的任務(wù)就是注意這些信號,盡可能的保持開心、健康。

3. Take vitamins daily

3. 每天都吃維生素

Today it's hard to be sure that you get all the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs to be healthy. Taking vitamins is a great nutrition insurance policy. I think it's better to take vitamins daily than to spend big sums of money to cure various diseases. I prefer multivitamins, because they include all necessary minerals the body needs. If you want to take a certain group of vitamins, then consult your doctor.

現(xiàn)而今,我們很難確定你是否獲得了身體所需的所有營養(yǎng)素和維生素以保持健康。服用維生素是一個(gè)很好的確保營養(yǎng)充足的策略。我認(rèn)為與其花一大筆錢來治療各種疾病,倒不如每天都服用維生素。我更喜歡服用多種維生素,因?yàn)樗眢w所需的所有礦物質(zhì)。如果你想服用某一特定的維生素,請先向醫(yī)生咨詢。

Nowadays many people tend to spend more time alone. Solitude allows you unwind and reboot your brain in order to get rid of massive amounts of information. Sometimes you may find out that you follow the routine and don't have a clear perception of your reality.

現(xiàn)而今,很多人往往都會花更多的時(shí)間獨(dú)處。獨(dú)處讓你放松、重啟你的大腦、刪除大量無用信息。有時(shí)候,你會發(fā)現(xiàn)自己在遵循常規(guī)歷程,對現(xiàn)實(shí)處境沒有清晰的認(rèn)知。

Furthermore, spending more time alone will help you identify your needs. If you discover yourself and find your own voice, you'll be able to get a new vision of the world. Plus, it will help you rest from your long hours of work and responsibility.

此外,花更多的時(shí)間獨(dú)處會幫助您確定自己的需求。如果你了解自己、聽到了內(nèi)心深處的想法,那你就會對世界產(chǎn)生新的認(rèn)知。此外,獨(dú)處還能讓您從長時(shí)間的工作和責(zé)任中得以休息。
