　　I learned that most employers are looking for problem-solvers.

　　我了解到，大部分的雇主都在尋找可以解決問題的人才。

　　Earlier in my career, one of my bosses said, “Bring me a solution, not a problem.”

　　我剛參加工作時，有一位上司對我說:你要給我的是解決方法，而不是問題。

　　He made me realize the boss is not there to solve everyone's problems, that it's our job to solve problems before they even come to his attention.

　　他讓我了解到，上司不是為了解決下屬的問題而存在的，在上司注意到問題之前就將問題解決掉，這才是我們的工作。

　　That's what we're paid for, and I took that very seriously.
