第7章：工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

招聘方往往希望知道應(yīng)聘者的工作性質(zhì)是否和招聘的職位有關(guān)，或者應(yīng)聘者從以往的工作中吸取到了哪些有用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。即便過(guò)去的工作和現(xiàn)在應(yīng)聘的職位無(wú)關(guān)，也不能說(shuō)是什么都沒(méi)學(xué)到，因?yàn)槊糠莨ぷ鞫加兴扇≈?。有時(shí)也許由于種種原因，雇員跳槽比較多，但這不一定是壞事，所以如果自己是屬于這種情況，可以向雇主說(shuō)明干過(guò)多種工作使自己經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富，能為雇主更好的服務(wù)。

I: Do you have any work experience in this field?

A: Yes. After my graduation from university, I worked as a Customer Service Coordinator in a foreign representative office, and then I transferred to a joint venture as a Market Deve1opment Manager. So I am familiar with the market in China.

I: What have you learned from the jobs you have had?

A: I learned to be patient when dealing with customers complaints and try my best to solve them. In addition, I learned at my previous jobs how to cooperate with my colleagues.

I: Does your current employer know you are looking for another job?

A: No, I haven?t discussed my leaving plans with my current employer, but I am sure he will release me.

I: What is your impression of your present company?

A: Very good.

I: What would your current colleague say about you?

A: They would say I?m a dependable and hard worker.

A: I had introduced an advanced product line, which increased the output and lessened the cost.

I: Wonderful. Then how many employers have you worked for?

A: Frankly speaking, three. If your company employs me, it will be my fourth.

I: Then have you received any award at your present company?

A: Yes. I was awarded the title of ?Advanced Worker last year.

I: How would you evaluate the company you are with?

A: Although I could not say that everything is perfect there，I still very much appreciate what the company has given me，especial many chances.

I: How would your colleagues evaluate you?

A: They would say I am a responsible friend and a capable colleague.

I: Can you get recommendations from your present employers?

A: Yes, I have brought them with me. Here they are.

I: Do you have any questions?

A: I think that you have covered all the important points already. But if I have any questions later I will contact you.

談?wù)摴ぷ鹘?jīng)驗(yàn)是表現(xiàn)自己是該職位合適人選的良機(jī)，可以運(yùn)用事例說(shuō)明自己的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和成就，如曾經(jīng)一手成立了新部門(mén)、新系統(tǒng)、找到新客戶(hù)等。不過(guò)，切記答案要言簡(jiǎn)意賅，不要長(zhǎng)篇大論。至于沒(méi)有或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)很少的畢業(yè)生，可將一些在學(xué)校生活學(xué)到的東西聯(lián)系到申請(qǐng)的工作上。例如，上學(xué)時(shí)曾經(jīng)當(dāng)過(guò)學(xué)生會(huì)主席便可以用實(shí)例證明自己有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)才能。

詢(xún)問(wèn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的句型還有：
