[03:47.77]They will also return control ofbillions of dollars to Iran as soon as [03:54.25]it meets the requirements of theagreement. Under the agreement, Iran will still have the ability tomake fuel for its nuclear reactors. But it will not bepermitted to enrich uranium for use in nuclearweapons.

In April, Iran agreed to a limit of about 6,000 centrifuges.Iran also said it would only enrich uranium at very lowlevels -- under five percent. The country promised tostore no more than 300 kilograms of this “low-enriched”uranium.

In Washington, President Barack Obama said on Wednesday that theagreement stops Iran from building a nuclear weapon. He said it will make theUnited States, its allies and the world, “safer and more secure.”

Thevotes of at least two-thirds of lawmakers are needed to cancel his veto.
