　　Environmental protection and economic development are two major issues that lie ahead of humans. While some people are convinced that economic development always comes the first，I would like to say that anyone who ignored the significance of environmental protection is sorely mistaken. To begin with，environmental deterioration is a major problem in the world. It is no exaggeration to say that almost every country in the world suffers a loss caused by the environmental problem. For example, recent smog in China has caused so many car accidents global warming has been a threat to the whole world; air pollution puts citizens in a depressed mood every day.

　　There is no denying that all these issues deserve financial support from the government. In addition, the environmental protection relates to the sustainable development of the country. That is to say，it is a dangerous assumption that only after we achieve a perfect development of economy can we be both financially and technologically able to devote to the environmental preservation. Because environmental problems never leave time for human to prepare. When we think we are totally ready to face them，they may have deteriorated sharply.

　　Finally, a sound environment is beneficial to human survival. As is known to all，earth is the only homeland we have. Most obviously，living in a clean and comfortable environment, people are more likely to be creative and inspired

　　In conclusion，it is true that economic development is indispensable to humankind but in the long run，environmental preservation should be given priority to.

　　范文： Solving problems is a necessary part of our daily life，and as we grow older we develop more problem-solving skills. In my opinion，while people can depend on their own or their family :members to deal with daily problems，there do exist a few problems that can only be handled by the government.

　　To begin with, there are an increasing number of environmental problems that are gradually out of everyone's control.

　　That’s to say, most people can hardly do anything effective to solve problem. However, the government is in a position to pool resources to reduce severe air pollution. And many governments in the world have successfully protected the environment through legislation.

　　In addition, public security calls for help from the government. With growing rates of crime，citizens’ sense of safety remains to be improved. Apparently，the government is more powerful to combat various crimes than the individuals. By using greater police force and creating more job opportunities，the government can effectively maintain public order and increase the overall social stability.

　　Finally, any problems with medical insurance should be addressed by the government. A sad fact in our modem society is that many people are facing high expenses in medical care.

　　Through restructuring，the government can considerably reduce the cost of healthcare. In other words，it is not the individuals but the government who can fundamentally reform the medical system.

　　To conclude，as people and their family members have limited powers to change things，government involvement is an indispensable part in the solutions to many of our environmental, social and medical problems.

　　題目: Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People care more about public recognition than about money. Even if no more money is given, public recognition can still make people work harder.

　　One of the most enduring public cons oversees in my country- is the one regarding whether people care more about people certainly can't do everything without money but in reality. I think this theory amounts to an oversimplification.

　　Firstly, what should not be disavowed is that people put closely connected with the profit. There is no denying that quite a few celebrities make their fortune from gaining their reputation.

　　Take the famous Chinese star Jackie Chan as an example. He painstakingly practiced Kung Fu and consummated his performing cap ability. It was not until gaining public recognition and prestige that he made a bundle.

　　Secondly, what cannot be separated from public recognition the public enables people to be more aware of what they exist for which will encourage them to put more energy and efforts into what they are doing. For these concerns, money is not a prime consideration for those who prefer to seek the public approve.

　　Lastly, being recognized by the public puts people into a more harmonious relationship with others I do believe the one who is more accepted by the society possesses more chances to establish their social networks, which are sometimes cannot be measured by wealth Therefore, there is no reason to have to compare public recognition and money.

　　In conclusion, the public recognition always takes precedence over money.
