　　這道題我們可以借用美國歷史上著名的政治家，費城實驗的執(zhí)行人Benjamin Franklin說過的一句話：

　　Early to bed and early to rise , makes a man healthy , wealthy and wise.(早睡早起讓人健康、富有和睿智。)

　　當然我們要簡單地設計一下，我們可以在一個分論點中說到這樣一句話：
