態(tài)度題在托福聽力考試中屬于較難回答的問題。

這類問題考察的speaker對某一事情或事物的態(tài)度。在做題時(shí)，切記勿將自己的態(tài)度、觀點(diǎn)強(qiáng)加給speaker。

Speaker’s attitude

通常speaker的態(tài)度分為四種：

Positive

Negative

Objective

Not clear

Notice some words and sentences

表示肯定態(tài)度：favorable, approval, supportive, defensive, etc.

表示否定態(tài)度：disapproval, opposition, critical, dissatisfied, etc.

表示客觀態(tài)度：neutral, impartial, unprejudiced, unbiased, ect.

一些特定的語言后會(huì)出現(xiàn)speaker的態(tài)度，如：

I think…

As far as I am concerned…

In my opinion…

It seems to me that…

Some tips about attitude questions:

1. 在聽聽力時(shí)， 注意聽一些可以表達(dá)作者態(tài)度、觀點(diǎn)的詞語或是句子，比如在上面列出的一些詞和句型。

2. 聽到這些詞大家也不能僅僅根據(jù)這些詞選擇，需要在仔細(xì)聽后面有沒有轉(zhuǎn)折的地方。特別要注意but, however這些詞后面的部分，通常這些詞的后面才表明speaker的態(tài)度。

3. 注意speaker說話時(shí)的語調(diào)，是高興，還是猶豫，這些在答題時(shí)都會(huì)有幫助。

有時(shí)，speaker不會(huì)直接表達(dá)態(tài)度，會(huì)通過更為委婉的方式表達(dá)。大家來看下面一個(gè)例子：

I heard some great examples of this on the television program on crocodiles last week. Anyone catch it? It had a few interesting bits. But you know, uh, you have to be careful, think critically. Sometimes I don't know where these shows find their experts.

What is the professor's opinion about the television program that she mentions?

A. She is concerned about the accuracy of some of the information the experts provided.

B. She is hopeful that the class will be able to discuss it.

C. She thinks it was overly critical of some recent theories about crocodiles.

D. She is surprised that it did not include more examples of crocodile communication

在這段聽力材料中，speaker認(rèn)為有關(guān)鱷魚的電視節(jié)目” had a few interesting bits”，但緊接著，后面出現(xiàn)了”but”，表明對這一節(jié)目的質(zhì)疑，因此就可以排除B項(xiàng)和D項(xiàng)，C項(xiàng)雖然出現(xiàn)了“critical”這個(gè)詞，但指的是電視節(jié)目“critical”，因此排除，答案為A.
