三、反身代詞
表示“我自己”、“你自己”、“他自己”、“我們自己”、“你們自己”、“他們自己”等的一類代詞，叫作反身代詞。反身代詞的主要形式如下：
I looked at myself in the mirror.我看著鏡子里的自己。
They had a good time.They enjoyed themselves .他們度過了一段快樂的時間，他們玩得很開心。
Please help yourself .請自便。（對方是一個人）
Please help yourselves. 請自便。（對方是二個或兩個以上的人）
I usually go to school by myself .我通常自己去上學。
John went to the movies by himself. 約翰獨自去看電影。
Tips：
含oneself的固定短語：
by oneself 獨自地，單獨地 come to oneself 恢復知覺
enjoy oneself 玩得很快樂 dress oneself 自己穿衣
help oneself to 隨便吃（招待客人用語）
speak to oneself 自言自語
teach oneself 自學 lose oneself 迷路
