Good night. 不表示“晚安”嗎

Good night 有兩個(gè)常見(jiàn)用法，一是表示“晚安”，二是表示“吃驚”：

1. 用作晚上分手時(shí)(尤其是睡覺(jué)前)的告別語(yǔ)，意為：晚安，明天見(jiàn)。如：

Good night, darling! Have a nice dream! 晚安，親愛(ài)的! 做個(gè)好夢(mèng)!

That’s all for today’s program. Good night, everyone. 今天的節(jié)目到此結(jié)束，各位晚安!

注：Good night! 是晚上分手時(shí)的告別語(yǔ)，晚上見(jiàn)面時(shí)不能用它。即使在晚上很晚的時(shí)候見(jiàn)面，也不能用它，而要用 Goodevening. 或用 Hi，Hello 之類(lèi)的。

2. 表示吃驚、厭煩、失望等，意為：哎呀，天啊!

Good night! Look at all this mess the children havedone. 哎呀，天啊! 你看孩子們把屋里搞得亂七八糟的樣子。

Good night! Do you mean to tell me they’re alldead? 哎呀，天啊! 你是告訴我說(shuō)他們?nèi)妓懒藛?

Good night! This is the worst hand I’ve ever beendealt. 哎呀，天啊! 我一輩子也沒(méi)有拿過(guò)這么壞的一手牌。
