S: Nurasing diagnosis is a statement of an actual or potential patient problem that requires nursing intervention.
T: How do you make the plan of care?
S: The care plan is built on the foundation of patient's problems. The highst priority will be designed as problem number one and treated first. For example the oxgen ned of a patient with myocardial infarction must always be met at once.
T: What is the meaning of implementation?
S: That is to carry out the plan.
