1. 表示“非?；?rdquo;
Jeremy Lin has caught fire all over the world. 林書豪最近在全世界都非常好。
2. catch a cold 表示感冒了
It's getting cold lately. Make sure that you will not catch a cold.
最近天氣變冷了，大家要注意別感冒啦！
3. catch one'a breath 表示喘口氣，休息一下，歇一歇
比如大家都還玩，還在high呢，但是你累了，需要休息一下，你可以說
Hey, guys. I'm tired. I think I need some time to catch my breath.
嗨，哥兒幾個(gè)，不好意思了，我覺得我需要點(diǎn)時(shí)間休息一下，歇一歇。
4. catch hell
表示要倒大霉了/要挨罵了/要受懲罰了
If you are late again, you will catch hell from me.
我是你的boss（老板），我會(huì)跟你說
If you're late again, you will catch hell from me.
如果你再遲到你就完蛋了，不會(huì)讓你好受的。
5. catch some sleep/catch a nap
表示睡一會(huì)兒，休息一會(huì)
Dude, I'm tired. I'm gonna to catch some sleep.
兄弟，我累了，我要去睡一會(huì)兒了。
You can also say catch a nap. 小睡一會(huì)兒
6. catch 表示趕時(shí)間，趕飛機(jī)...比如說
I gotta go. I got a train to catch.
我要走了，我要去趕火車了。
