B: Whats the difference? Maybe we can learn something from you.

for all of our regular employees.
B: That sounds great,but may not feasible in our nation.

A: In Japan,we assure that a regular employee
will stay with the company for his entire career.
B: What do you mean by your regular employees?
All your employees or merely the whitecollar?
A: Actually,both whitecollar and bluecollar.
B: Do you mean that the companies in Japan and their employees
have a certain commitment to each other to stay together
through the employees entire career life?
A: You said it!

A: We recruit temporary employees sometimes.
B: Then how do you decide who will be the regular employees?
A: We have an interview procedure and they will also pass a strict test.
Then those with excellent performances will become regular employees.

A: You dont even lay workers off in slack times?
B: That rarely happens in Japan.
