如果有足夠的誠(chéng)信，品質(zhì)就會(huì)個(gè)性化。誠(chéng)信是一個(gè)基本的特質(zhì)，是建立在正直，可靠，誠(chéng)實(shí)，能力和承諾的基礎(chǔ)上。誠(chéng)信是崇尚道德的人的身上發(fā)出的光芒。誠(chéng)信可言提高你做人的技巧。誠(chéng)信使人們獲得由衷的敬意，自信和別人的信任。要建立足夠的誠(chéng)信，我們必須擁有以下的品質(zhì)：

可靠性：可靠性是培養(yǎng)相互信任和提升人際關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)?？煽啃苑从吃谖覀兒蛣e人的溝通，對(duì)他人的承諾和陳述的一致性。
