W: So my doctor yesterday ,she told me that I need to go on a diet
M:A diet? You don't look overweight to me.
W:I'm not overweight. The problem is my cholesterol level.It's too high.
M:What kind of diet are you going on?
W:Well, the doctor wants me to cut out bread entirely and
M:Cut out bread? I didn't know bread with high cholesterol.
W:It 's not the bread that has cholesterol,it's all the butter I put on the bread..since I don't like margarine, the doctor told me to cut out bread.
M:Tell me more about your diet.Is it a vegetarian diet?
W:No,no,but I can't eat eggs,cheese ,all red meat(牛羊肉) . I have to eat more chichen and fish.
M:That doesn't sound too bad for me. I like chicken and fish.
W:Yes,yes it is.I can't eat any meat at all.
M:What about fish?
W:I can't eat all kinds of fish except shellfish.
M:What about eggs? I thought the eggs have a lot of cholesterol that's like shellfish
W:That's right.I have to cut down eggs, too.
