You pick people who are ,you have good heart ,nice people.

And people they are bright and interesting, have interesting ideas.
聰明有趣的人做朋友，他們會(huì)有一些有意思的好主意。
So I think we've to find someone who is bright and interesting,and who has a good heart,
所以我們要請(qǐng)的是聰明、有趣、心腸好的人。
You will be willing to sit down for an hour.

You know ,a couple of times a week, have lunch and talk to that person.
