Hello,Mr.Ellison,my question is that what's your principle while hiring staffs because you know I heard of ,

one of your principles is that if you won't .you are not willing to have lunch with the guy,

"Before you hire somebody,my advice to any hiring-manager,if you're not willing to go to lunch with this person you're to hire twice a week, don't hire them.

What kind of people would you like to have lunch or breakfast with?

I mean who is the people you pick for your friends.

You pick people who are ,you have good heart ,nice people.
你會選擇心地善良、為人不錯的人，
And people they are bright and interesting, have interesting ideas.
聰明有趣的人做朋友，他們會有一些有意思的好主意。
So I think we've to find someone who is bright and interesting,and who has a good heart,
所以我們要請的是聰明、有趣、心腸好的人。
You will be willing to sit down for an hour.
雇傭這樣的人，你會愿意和他在一起坐上一個小時，
You know ,a couple of times a week, have lunch and talk to that person.
一周幾次，跟他吃吃午飯，談?wù)勗捠裁吹摹?br /> That gonna make your life and work much more enjoyable .

If you apply that test for hiring all the time,you will not only be a better manager, you will be a happier manager,

Sure ,I have no problem someone who's worked for Microsoft.
