B: I'm a resident ,internal medicine .

B: I could be her, yes.

A: You could be her.

B: Yea, I could. I'm working at the hospitals.

A: I see. It's a lucky day, I just get in the big bad city and not only do I find a doctor but a beautiful woman as well.
我明白，真是幸運的一天，我剛進入一個大的城市，不但找到一個醫(yī)生，而且還找到一個漂亮的女人。

B: I have some patience coming in , so I should probably go.
