雅思同義詞替換：閱讀同義詞替換方式解析

　　“雅思語(yǔ)言”是雅思考官們?cè)谠O(shè)置題目的時(shí)候的一種出題思路，通過(guò)英語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)言形式給體現(xiàn)出來(lái)，這就是“雅思語(yǔ)言”。如果你熟悉了“雅思語(yǔ)言”，也就了解雅思出題的套路。在了解雅思出題套路之后，再去做題，就不再是無(wú)目的的刷題，　　但是“雅思語(yǔ)言”最直接最簡(jiǎn)單粗暴的呈現(xiàn)方式，當(dāng)然也是雅思考試中最常見(jiàn)的一種出題方式，這種很多時(shí)候一一對(duì)應(yīng)的出題模式，考生會(huì)在填空類(lèi)的題目中見(jiàn)得比較多，在填空類(lèi)的題目中考生只要能夠識(shí)別空格前后實(shí)詞的同義替換，往往就可以輕松找到答案。

　　如：

　　題目：Children of average ability seem to need more direction from teachers because they do not have _______.

　　原文：There appears to be a qualitative difference in the way the intellectually highly able think, compared with more average-ability or older pupils, for whom external regulation by the teacher often compensates for lack of internal regulation.

　　這個(gè)題目原文的句子對(duì)于有些考生來(lái)講，應(yīng)該難度挺難，不太好理解，但是，只要你注意并且識(shí)別同義替換， do not have= lack of，這樣就可以做出答案了，答案是：internal regulation.

　　但是，閱讀考試中的所有同義替換有很多種方式替換的。

　　舉例1：關(guān)于一件事情或觀點(diǎn)，95%的人agree， 5%的disagree。 如果你能這樣改：Themajority of people agree..., 說(shuō)明你的詞匯量還是很不錯(cuò)的。但是，雅思考官的“雅思語(yǔ)言”很可能是這樣呈現(xiàn)的: The overwhelming consensus is that....

　　關(guān)于consensus，我們閱讀班的詞匯串講講過(guò)，這個(gè)單詞從后往前看：us(我們)+sense(感覺(jué)，感知)+con(一致;一起)：就是“共識(shí)”的意思。“雅思語(yǔ)言”呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)就是：壓倒性的共識(shí)是...

　　舉例2：關(guān)于一個(gè)發(fā)展變化：such developments have been criticised as..., but the success of other similar development suggests that the majority of the public does not share this opinion.

　　如果要改寫(xiě)這句話(huà)，雅思考官會(huì)這樣改寫(xiě)的：Mixed views on the the change... 這里的mixed views到下次改寫(xiě)的時(shí)候，還有可能被考官改寫(xiě)成：conflicting views, 或是 opposing views about sth.

　　舉例3：原文： We may envy geniuses’ achievement and fame, but we should also recognize the price they have paid in terms of perseverance, single-mindedness, dedication, restrictions on their personal lives, the demands upon their energies and time, and how often they had to display great courage to preserve their integrity or to make their way to the top.

　　你以為考官在改寫(xiě)的時(shí)候，會(huì)一個(gè)詞一個(gè)詞的把上面的句子都改寫(xiě)一遍嗎?當(dāng)然不會(huì)，你以為雅思考官傻嗎?雅思考官的“雅思語(yǔ)言”直接這樣：Geniuses often pay a high price to achieve greatness. 這是一種類(lèi)似summary樣的同義替換方式，“雅思語(yǔ)言”的這個(gè)特點(diǎn)，你get到了嗎?

　　“雅思語(yǔ)言”不熟悉，是導(dǎo)致考生地位不準(zhǔn)出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的原因。如：California has replaced a range of firefighting tools. (判斷題)

　　這個(gè)判斷題很多考生判斷為NOT GIVEN，因?yàn)榭忌谖闹凶x爛也沒(méi)有發(fā)現(xiàn)tools這個(gè)詞，就判斷為NG。文中是有對(duì)應(yīng)點(diǎn)的，“雅思語(yǔ)言”是這樣呈現(xiàn)的：California state promises to provide more up-to-date engines, planes, and helicopters to fight fires have been fulfilled.題目中的firefighting tools其實(shí)考官同義替換了engines, planes, and helicopters 這些可以滅火的工具，這是一種上下義詞之間的同義替換，“雅思語(yǔ)言”的這個(gè)特點(diǎn)，需要大家多加注意哦。
