　　Concluding the Contract

　　1.商務(wù)建議

　　合同中，表示確切的日期用on，如on May l(在五月一日當(dāng)天)。表示到某月某日之前則用by或before o by不包括當(dāng)天，如by May l(到五月一日之前)就不包括五月一日，指到April 30為止。from May I也不包括當(dāng)天，意指從May 2開(kāi)始。若用commencing則包括當(dāng)天。這些介詞的用法，必須事先多加注意，以避免日后發(fā)生麻煩。

　　有可能在這個(gè)月訂立合同嗎?conclude 結(jié)束、訂立

　　合同可以經(jīng)雙方協(xié)議后取消，且經(jīng)三個(gè)月的公告后，即可廢止。mutual 相互的 annul 廢止
