A Part-time Job 打工

I heard that in America teenagers often worked after school or on weekends to make their own pocket money . I didn't want to keep on asking my parents for money any longer , so I worked as a shop assistant in a shop during the past winter holidays .

I worked very hard. I served guests well. When I went back home from work, I felt very tired. Little by little, I came to know the value of money; I also found that it's important to get along well with others.

Doing a part-time job is a social experience and it is something worth.
