　　為了保護我們的眼睛，首先我們不能長時間一直讀書或者看報。為了讓眼睛可以休息一下我們可以停一會。這些時間，我們可以遠眺一下山脈，花朵和綠樹。并且我們也不能再強光或者弱光下讀書。那樣對眼睛非常有害的。最后，我們應該堅持做眼保健操。
