本杰明帶著羅拉到茶館喝茶，還順便給她講起了喝茶的講究，還真不簡(jiǎn)單啊。

Laura: The tea smells good. What tea is it?

Benjamin:It's a special green tea named Longjing Tea from Zhejiang province.

Laura:What's special about it except its pleasant smell?

Benjamin:You can see that it keeps the original color of the tea leaves very well.

Laura:They must have some special methods to do this during the process.

Benjamin:Probably. I love green tea. It's one of my daily necessities.

Laura:Then, do you have “tea time” every day? I mean, do you drink tea at a settled time?

Benjamin:Not really. But I really love to have after-meal tea.

Laura:What's the advantage about tea?

Benjamin:There are a lot of them. In hot or warm days, tea helps to dispel the heat and brings on an instant cool with a feeling of relaxation. Moreover, the tea leaves contain a number of chemicals which are good for people's health.

Laura:Does that mean the stronger the better?

Benjamin:No. Constant drinking of over-strong tea would do harm to people's health. So don't make your tea too strong.

Laura:Got it. What's the proper time for tea?

Benjamin:It's fine for most time of the day. But don't have tea before bedtime.

Laura:Why?

Benjamin:It will give rise to occasional insomnia. OK, let's enjoy the tea before it gets cold.

本杰明：這是一種特殊的綠茶，名叫龍井茶，來(lái)自浙江省。

本杰明：很有可能。我喜歡綠茶。它是我日常的必需品。

羅拉：那么，你每天有喝茶的時(shí)間嗎？我是想問(wèn)，你會(huì)在固定的時(shí)間喝茶嗎？

本杰明：那倒不是。不過(guò)我特別喜歡在飯后喝茶。

羅拉：茶的好處是什么？

本杰明：這可多了。在天熱的時(shí)候，茶可以驅(qū)熱，立刻會(huì)帶來(lái)一種涼爽而輕松的感覺(jué)。而且，茶葉中含有很多有益于人體健康的化學(xué)成分。

羅拉：那是不是茶泡得越濃就越好呢？

本杰明：不是。常喝過(guò)濃的茶對(duì)身體有害。所以別把茶泡得太濃了。

羅拉：知道了。喝茶的適當(dāng)時(shí)間是什么時(shí)候？

本杰明：一天中大多數(shù)時(shí)間都可以。但是睡覺(jué)前別喝茶。

羅拉：為什么？

本杰明：那會(huì)增大偶然失眠的幾率。好了，我們快喝茶吧，別等它涼了。
