四級(jí)題目訓(xùn)練的完整步驟

        材料來源：為了更好的突破四六級(jí)考試，我們始終認(rèn)為四六級(jí)真題是最好的訓(xùn)練材料。2006年6月起四級(jí)考試進(jìn)行試卷改革。所以06年6月起到現(xiàn)在的題目是最需要訓(xùn)練得滾瓜爛熟的題目。若認(rèn)為題目不夠訓(xùn)練，也可以繼續(xù)做05年或以前的題目。但是題目時(shí)間越早，難度和實(shí)效性就越低。

　　第一步：預(yù)判 (3-5分鐘)

　　做題前，一定留出時(shí)間看題。正式考試時(shí)看題時(shí)間約3分鐘左右。我們只能高效的看而非全面的看。選項(xiàng)中最需要注意的是：高頻詞，主語，謂語等。同時(shí)注意，相似選項(xiàng)和相反選項(xiàng)要保留，準(zhǔn)確答案就在其間。復(fù)合式聽寫部分也需要注意高頻詞匯。

　　例(小對(duì)話)：A) She’ll have some chocolate cake.   

　　B) She’ll take a look at the menu。

　　C) She’ll go without dessert。

　　D) She’ll prepare the dinner.　　

　　很明顯，圈出所有的“she”，暗示自己稍后聽女士的話即可，而男士的話并非重點(diǎn)。

　　例(長(zhǎng)對(duì)話)A) marketing consultancy。

　　B) Professional accountancy。

　　C) luxury hotel management。

　　D) business conference organization

　　選項(xiàng)都是某種行業(yè)，又因?yàn)榇祟}是08年6月聽力長(zhǎng)對(duì)話中的第一題，所以就暗示自己注意長(zhǎng)對(duì)話開始部分的行業(yè)詞匯即可。

　　第二步：聽力開始(35分鐘)

　　2006年6月年后的四級(jí)聽力放音時(shí)間約35分鐘左右。請(qǐng)不間斷地聽完一套題，中間不要停頓，強(qiáng)化自己的耐力注意力和定力。

　　第三步：查閱環(huán)節(jié)(時(shí)間因人而異)

　　1、 對(duì)答案。確定準(zhǔn)確答案在原文中的位置。同時(shí)確定錯(cuò)誤答案為什么錯(cuò)。

　　2、 查詞和短語。將選項(xiàng)和原文中所有不熟悉的單詞和短語全部查閱清楚，不留死角。

　　3、 翻譯句子。查閱詞語結(jié)束后，可以用視譯的方式看句子是否可以通順的翻譯明白。若發(fā)現(xiàn)人有句子無法理解，那就是單詞和短語的含義并未查閱正確。

　　例：2006年6月四級(jí)聽力長(zhǎng)對(duì)話原文，是一個(gè)面試：

　　What benefit package do you offer?

　　誤譯：你提供什么利益包裹？

　　正譯：你們有什么樣的福利計(jì)劃？

　　無獨(dú)有偶：2007年12月的面試長(zhǎng)對(duì)話中，又出現(xiàn)了一次benefit

　　There is a list of extra benefits. (有一個(gè)福利清單。)

　　第四步：視聽和跟讀原文(時(shí)間因人而異)

　　現(xiàn)在，你需要打開眼睛已經(jīng)可以完全看懂的聽力原文。邊放音邊聽，同時(shí)跟讀和模仿。跟不上的時(shí)候，可以以半句為單位甚至每個(gè)單詞為單位。本步驟可以糾正發(fā)音。

　　你可以讀準(zhǔn)這幾個(gè)單詞么？

　　Exhibit        resume        receipt        fasten     

　　另外，我們還需要特別注意連讀或失去爆破在語句中的使用。

　　第五步：裸聽(時(shí)間因人而異)

　　本步驟要求在沒有原文的情況下，完全靠雙耳能力聽懂所有細(xì)節(jié)。這是聽力訓(xùn)練的最高環(huán)節(jié)。你可能會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)剛才邊看邊聽時(shí)沒有任何理解難度的單詞和短語都會(huì)出現(xiàn)不懂或模糊的情況，一旦如此，請(qǐng)回到第四步確定是什么詞語讓耳朵不夠熟悉。本環(huán)節(jié)的訓(xùn)練需要耐心和堅(jiān)持。

　　第六步：部分聽寫(時(shí)間因人而異)

　　為了提高四六級(jí)整體聽寫水平，同學(xué)可以在選擇性地將部分短對(duì)話或長(zhǎng)對(duì)話，甚至短文聽力，用單句反復(fù)播放的形式寫出來。你需要耐心地把一句話重復(fù)聽多遍，以求最終準(zhǔn)確寫出。若發(fā)現(xiàn)單詞或短語無法準(zhǔn)確拼寫，可以在整段播放完畢后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一確認(rèn)。

　　注意：“時(shí)間因人而異”是指由于同學(xué)基礎(chǔ)和能力有所差別，耗費(fèi)的時(shí)間也會(huì)有差別。

　　第二部分：例題練習(xí)演示

　　例：2007年12月份第三篇短文聽力

　　33題：注意圈出每項(xiàng)的動(dòng)詞，聽到確定的動(dòng)詞即為準(zhǔn)確答案

　　34題：選項(xiàng)較難，只能迅速熟悉一下長(zhǎng)詞或難詞的位置，不要強(qiáng)迫自己全部看懂

　　35題：ABD都是pay做謂語，答案必在其間。

　　2、  找出答案在原文的對(duì)應(yīng)：

　　Obtaining good health insurance is a real necessity while you are studying overseas. It protects you from minor and major medical expenses that can wipe out not only your savings，(33題C選項(xiàng)的高度對(duì)應(yīng)，尤其是“protect sb from 保護(hù)某人不受某種侵害”這個(gè)短語的重合)but you dreams of an education abroad。

　　There are often two different types of health insurance you can consider buying：international travel insurance and student insurance in the country where you will be going. An international travel insurance policy is usually purchased in your home country before you go abroad. It generally covers a wide variety of medical services，and are often gives a list of doctors in the area where you will travel who may even speak your native language. The drawback might be that you may not get your money back immediately。(34題的A項(xiàng)有多個(gè)單詞和短語在此處重合) In other words，you may have to pay all your medical expenses and then later submit your receipts to the insurance company. On the other hand，getting student health insurance in the country where you will study might allow you to only pay a certain percentage of the medical cost at the time of service and thus，you don’t have to have sufficient cash to pay the entire bill at once。(35題的B項(xiàng)在此重合)

　　Whatever you decide，obtaining some form of health insurance is something you should consider before you go overseas. You shouldn’t wait until you are sick with major medical bills to pay off。

　　原文舉例：In other words，you may have to pay all your medical expenses and then later submit your receipts to the insurance company。

　　譯文：也就是說，你可能需要繳納你所有的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，然后把你的收據(jù)提交給保險(xiǎn)公司。

　　第四步 視聽原文

　　現(xiàn)在，請(qǐng)你一句一句再把文章聽兩到三遍，確定發(fā)音。
