沖動之時決不行動，否則你將失去所有。當你不能控制自己時，你的行為通常不能代表自己。理性總是被激情趕走。這時候，你應該去找一個保持冷靜的謹慎的中間人。這就是為何"旁觀者清"，因為他們保持冷靜。一旦察覺到自己要發(fā)脾氣，你就趕緊鳴金收兵。因為熱血一旦沸騰，不久就會潑濺。一瞬間的情緒失控會帶來許多天的后悔，還有他人的責備。
287．Never act in a passion
Never act in a passion. If you do, all is lost. You cannot act for yourself if you are not yourself, and passion always drives out reason.
