  Do you mean to say that if we entrust you with theagency, you will sell $1,000,000 each year?

  I couldn't have said it any better. But we expect a10% commission, of course.

  Our agents in other areas usually get a 5-7%commission.

  Shipment in October. Payment by irrevocable sight L/C. Other terms will be the same as our previous contract.

  Perfect. But what I'm concerned about most is the time of delivery.

  You may rest assured that shipment will be effected within the time limit stipulated in the contract.

  But there is also one point I'd like to stress.
