　　1.Appointment 約會

　　A:How do you make an appointment on the computer?

　　B:Use the Calendar function.

　　A:你知道怎樣在電腦上安排約會嗎?

　　B:可以使用“日歷”中的功能。

　　2. Attach document 附件

　　A: How do you attach a document with your email?

　　B: Click on the Attachment, browse to the document you want to attach, and click OK.

　　A:怎樣在電子郵件中加附件啊?

　　B:點(diǎn)擊“附加”,瀏覽到你要加的附件,然后點(diǎn)擊確定。

　　3.Data backup 數(shù)據(jù)備份

　　A: Do we have a data backup system?

　　B: We do for CAD data. You have to backup the other files yourself.

　　A:我們有數(shù)據(jù)備份系統(tǒng)嗎?

　　B:我們有CAD數(shù)據(jù)備份系統(tǒng),其他數(shù)據(jù)得自己做備份。

　　B: Good idea. Let's try next time.

　　A: I need a fast video card.

　　B: Why?

　　A: I need to show animation in my presentations.

　　B:為什么?
