　　A:I think this is a perfect plan. Let's get the ball rolling!

　　B:I agree. Let's get into action.

　　A:我認(rèn)為這是個(gè)完美的計(jì)劃,我們開始行動(dòng)吧。

　　B:我同意,開始行動(dòng)吧。

　　2. How to beat our competition 如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝

　　A: We need to study and figure out how to beat our competition.

　　B: Let's have a SWOT analysis.

　　A:我們得研究一下如何在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取勝。

　　B:我們做一下SWOT分析。

　　Notes: SWOT means Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat.

　　注:SWOT 的意思是能力,弱點(diǎn),機(jī)會(huì)和威脅。

　　3.Kick-off meeting 啟動(dòng)會(huì)

　　A: This is a kick-off meeting for the new program.

　　B: We want to make sure that we have a great start.

　　A:這是此項(xiàng)新項(xiàng)目的啟動(dòng)會(huì)。

　　A: Let's strike a plan, and get the ball rolling.

　　B: We already have a proposal. Would you like to take a look?
