【商務(wù)熱詞】網(wǎng)絡(luò)審查

微軟公司董事長(zhǎng)比爾?蓋茨近日在接受美國(guó)廣播公司《早安美國(guó)》節(jié)目訪問時(shí)回應(yīng)谷歌事件表示，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)無論在哪國(guó)都會(huì)受到審查，中國(guó)政府對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的審查非常有限，公司要在某國(guó)經(jīng)營(yíng)必須遵守該國(guó)法律。

微軟公司董事長(zhǎng)比爾·蓋茨近日稱，中國(guó)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的審查“非常有限”，在中國(guó)運(yùn)營(yíng)的公司應(yīng)該遵守當(dāng)?shù)胤伞?/p>

文中的censor the Internet就是指“網(wǎng)絡(luò)審查”，還可以用Internet censorship或online supervision來表示。蓋茨在訪談中指出，所有國(guó)家都會(huì)在某種程度上censor the Internet，例如，pro-Nazi statements(支持納粹的言論)雖然在美國(guó)被視為free speech(自由言論)，但在德國(guó)就會(huì)受到禁止，而美國(guó)也禁止child pornography(兒童色情)內(nèi)容在網(wǎng)上傳播。

中國(guó)目前已成為cyber attack(網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊)的最大受害國(guó)，國(guó)內(nèi)的Internet security(網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全)不容忽視。不少用戶還成為phishing(網(wǎng)絡(luò)釣魚)的受害者。Hacker(黑客)通過implanting malicious programs(植入惡意程序)，來illegally control computers(非法操縱他人電腦)。僅在去年，中國(guó)就有26.2萬個(gè)IP addresses(IP地址)受到攻擊，有些成為了zombie computer(僵尸電腦)。
