Dear Mr McKewan

Please accept notice of my intention to leave the company in one month’s time, ie 28 July.

　　As I have discussed with you I have accepted a position with another company that will allow me greater responsibilities and improved opportunities for advancement.

　　Thank you for your support during my two years with Turner Communications. I have gained a lot of valuable experience and am sure this will be very useful.
